Group coaching is perfect for those looking for a supportive community that shares their desire to be healthier and happier.

Recognizing that every person has a vast range of personal goals and abilities, our CrossFit program is designed with the flexibility to meet those needs. While not as specific as personal training, our CrossFit program still allows members to choose from two different paths to achieve their goals:
 

General Fitness – All of our CrossFit workouts are designed to promote and enhance your overall health and fitness. During a wod (workout of the day), participants are exposed to a wide variety of movements with a focus on proper mechanics, allowing the workouts to be sustained at a more consistent pace for better overall improvement of ones fitness. 

Performance – For those who are focused on performance and/or the sport of CrossFit, all of our workouts have “scale up” options, which include a greater degree of intensity and complexity of movements, exposing you to the best that the world of strength and conditioning has to offer.
