I have taken the time to write on this page, not in the hope of an apology but hoping that I can advise other customers to use other airlines because my experience with your company has been the worst customer experience I have had.
Neither I nor the crew on board were aware of this anomaly after take-off. While coming back from Delhi to Singapore via Kuala Lumpur on 22nd Oct, one my check in luggage was not available on designated belt, no one from airlines tried to contact me to inform me that one of the my check in luggage is still lying in Kuala Lumpur airport for whatever reason.
