No Mirrors. No Machines. No Egos.

Gym We ask you to check your ego at the door, give 100 percent and get to know your fellow members. Our goal for you is to thrive, not just survive, at all aspects in your life, fromĀ nutritionĀ and fitness to everyday life.

Our gym is our home; we treat it as our own and care for it as such. Our gym is our family, and we treat the athletes, coaches and visitors likewise, creating an environment that breeds confidence, fun and dedication.

The Facility

We are a “minimalist program” and this is reflected by the functionality, limited number of our exercises, and the simplicity of the equipment we use compared to most commercial gyms. Our gym is equipped with free weights, pull-up bars, gymnastics rings, parallettes, plyometrics boxes, medicine balls, kettle bells, climbing ropes, jump ropes, and rowers.

We Focus on Functional Movements

That is, movements that we see in every day life. Getting up out of a chair is a squat. Picking up a bag of groceries or a child properly is a dead lift. Putting dishes away on an overhead shelf is a shoulder press. When we practice these movements regularly, we develop strength and muscle recruitment patterns that help us perform every day activities with agility and ease.
