Welcome to CrossFit Rehoboth
CrossFit Rehoboth is a full scale core strength & conditioning gym located in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Our program focuses on all ten components of optimal physical fitness: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. Our specialty is NOT specializing. As such, our training protocol incorporates all functional movements, from running and jumping rope to Olympic lifting and gymnastics.
Our goal is to provide members with hands on quality coaching and mentoring in a motivating and enjoyable atmosphere where dedication, desire and determination are rewarded handsomely with functional fitness.
We cater to Everyone – Beginners, Elite athletes, Seniors, and Kids.
Our Gym
We are a “minimalist program” and this is reflected by the functionality and limited number of our exercises and the simplicity of the equipment we use compared to most commercial gyms. Our gym is equipped with free weights, pull-up bars, gymnastics rings, parallettes, plyometrics boxes, medicine balls, kettlebells, rowers, climbing ropes, and jump ropes.

Shaved Brussels with Mushrooms
& Onions

A SPIN OFF from my first "Not Your Mom's Brussles" recipe.

In this recipe we swipe out the nuts & apples for onions & mushrooms. In your own recipe, you could actually keep the nuts and/or apples for an even yummier taste. The possibilities are endless. I shave a bunch in the food processor and keep in the fridge to sauté in different varieties throughout the week. Excellent side dish loaded with Fiber & Antioxidants!
Ingredients
Brussels Sprouts, washed, with the ends cut off, shaved or sliced in food processor
Chopped onions
Chopped mushrooms (I used Crimini)
Butter (or olive oil)
